Abstract: The NFMA chair joins representatives from several industry groups to discuss some of the pressing issues facing the industry. How can we work together as an industry to ensure that disclosure is timely, accurate, and meets the needs of investors? Are bank loans and pension risk being adequately disclosed? And what can the NFMA as well as individual members do to ensure that disclosure requirements keep up with industry changes?
