Abstract:
Cities and their local leaders are being relied upon, more than ever before, to tackle some of the toughest challenges facing the globe. The rise of Smart Cities presents the opportunity for metropolitan areas to use data and technology to improve decision making and create better outcomes. Our keynote speaker will discuss the thinking driving the transformation of cities, citing national trends and San Diego examples.
