Abstract:
If you have found yourself in a situation where you have had to deal with a distressed security, this panel will provide alternatives to panic and uncertainty about where to turn for help. The authors describes three valuable resources to help you navigate through the distressed period: the trustee, the trustee counsel, and the bondholder financial advisor. They also address basic bondholder group protocols in distressed situations and restriction decisions.
