Abstract:
The CEO and president of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority discusses the LVCVA’s responsibilities and its revenue sources, the effects of the COVID pandemic on the Las Vegas gaming and hospitality industry, and the outsize effect of stimulus funds on local gaming. He describes LVCVA initiatives in transportation as well as potential regional expansion into sports technology, healthcare, and renewable energy.
