The Future of Fuel Tax Revenues for States with Electric Vehicles

Abstract: Panelists discuss how states will cope with the eventual reduction in fuel taxes with the development of electric vehicles. Some states are already deep in the process of developing replacement revenue streams such as mileage-based taxes or increased vehicle licenses.
