Six Dimensions of Criminal Procedure

Nicholas L. Georgakopoulos and Frank Sullivan

Supreme Court Economic Review, 2020, vol. 28, issue 1, 181 - 213

Abstract: Searching for dimensions or judicial tendencies about criminal procedure in a long-lived composition of the Indiana Supreme Court, we find six and produce their graphical illustration. The resulting signal-to-noise ratio of about 3∶1 gives cautious optimism about describing the work of courts with locational models of this level of generality.
