Abstract: Purpose – The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of variables including Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Domestic Direct Investment (DDI), government expenditure, labor force, inflation, and the Human Development Index (HDI) on economic growth in Central Java Province. Methods – Method - This research employs the Panel Data Regression method.Findings – The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, Foreign Direct Investment, Domestic Direct Investment, government expenditure, labor force, inflation, and the Human Development Index (HDI) significantly impact economic growth in Central Java Province.Implication – The policy implication of this research is that the government needs to control inflation and increase capital investment to encourage economic growthOriginality – This research examines the variables influencing economic growth in 34 regencies and cities in the Central Java province. AbstrakPurpose – Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), pengeluaran pemerintah, dan tenaga kerja, inflasi, dan indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Tengah.Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Regresi data panel. Temuan – Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa secara simultan variabel Penanaman modal asing (PMA), penanaman modal dalam negeri (PMDN), pengeluaran pemerintah, dan tenaga kerja, inflasi dan indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di provinsi Jawa Tengah. Implikasi– Implikasi kebijakan dari penelitian ini adalah pemerintah perlu mengendalikan inflasi dan meningkatkan penanaman modal untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi.Orisinalitas – Penelitian ini mengkaji variable yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi pada 34 kabupaten dan kota di provinsi jawa Tengah.
