Abstract:
The work investigates the problems of identifying the factors and substantiation of principles of the development of the technological infrastructure, which still have not received the necessary reflection in the economic literature. This factor determined the choice of the work subject and setting the goals and tasks. The role of infrastructure functions is defined as a part of technological systems in the national economy. It is proposed a structure of the national technological infrastructure in the conditions of the next stage of technological change and importance increasing for implementation of new organization innovative processes forms and the conceptual model of public administration for the development of adequate challenges of the time of the infrastructure environment.
