Abstract: It is investigated the domestic methodology of plots of the lands’ monetary estimation in settlements. The main problems are revealed and the propositions concerning improvement of functioning land-estimation methodology are given. Implementation of these propositions will provide estimation of fair plots of lands’ cost.
