Abstract: Development of export of transport services, the effective implementation of the transit potential of Ukraine, Ukrainian transport competitiveness in the international market of transport services is among the goals and priorities of the Transport Strategy of Ukraine to Year 2020. How successfully are these priorities implemented and goals achieved, what prevents this – these are the questions that constantly need to be in sight.
