Abstract: The article grounds an expediency of implementation the perspective institutional forms of food industry’s development into the system of economic relationships. An attention is paid on necessity of integration the subjects of food business as a main precondition of food industry’s investment potential’s increasing. An opportuneness of cluster structures’ formation with the purpose of coordination the food industry’s priorities with separate region’s dominants of social and economic growth is proved.
