Abstract: In the articles the conclusions of the studies of features and trends of Scientific-Intellectual Potential and intellectual labour are given. In this context the multilevel factors of influence on their development and activation in economic transformation and social life of country are probed. The optimization ways of society, state and corporation’s conduction transformations for its achievements and harmonize are analysed.
