Abstract: The article is about organization the innovation infrastructure’s components in Ukraine based on network model. The methodological foundations of participants’ formation in the interaction of such entity are investigating. Also it is compared the experience of building similar institutions in EU countries and especially Ukrainian practice in the field of innovative economy.
