Framework For The Statistical Information Quality Management System In The Ukrainian Statistical Authority

Abstract: In the paper conceptual issues for a statistical information quality management system (QMS) in the Ukrainian statistical authority are considered. Conceptually QMS in the Ukrainian statistical authority should be formulated on the base of TQM, EFQM Excellence Model, European Statistics Code of Practice, ISO 9000 standards. Problems of TQM implementation in state enterprises such as statistical authority enterprises, questions of QMS implementation, and elements of QMS in the Ukrainian statistical authority by degree of development are investigated. Mechanisms of successful quality management system integration in the Ukrainian statistical authority are developed.
