Abstract: The role of population’s economies is revealed in social and economic development of the village, the measures by increasing the educational level, the small entrepreneurship’s activation in a rural locality are offered. The conclusion is done about the necessity of self-organization’s strengthening of rural businessmen for more complete present potential’s realization.
