Towards The Creation Of Large Faceless Non-Aggregated Databases On Consumption, Production And Distribution Of Major Resources

Abstract:
Multiple distributions were considered – the physical persons on their declared income, on tax revenue from the unit of income and on volume of water consumed, as well as the legal persons on their sales volume, on the number of staff and on the volume of consumed water. The important analytical advantages of large non-aggregated statistics over traditional aggregated representation of economic data were shown by mentioned examples. The distribution functions allow discovering an objective structure of resource market and also a distribution of consumed or produced resources between the structural elements, which are represented usually by socio-economic groups. The resources type “constructive – destructive”, “excessive – deficient” can be established on the basis of distributions. Standards of production and consumption of resources can be also proposed, and (that is very important) the socio-economic consequences of the resources markets control can be predicted. Suggestion is made about creating a United national bank of non-aggregated faceless statistics on production and consumption of primary resources, including real estate. A method of data “light aggregation” to provide personal privacy is discussed.
