Conceptual Frameworks Of Ecologically Oriented Mechanism Of The Nature Using Management

Abstract: Theoretical and methodological principles of ecologically oriented (environmental and economic) mechanism of the nature using management based on existing block concept of building a functional-target structure and technological approach to the management of socio-economic processes have been further developed in this article. This proposed structure of mechanism of the nature using management includes functional, adaptive, providing, effectively target subsystems and subsystem of verification. The formation and functioning of these subsystems are provided by the using of variety of ecological and economic technologies in terms of implementation of the environmental management system.
