Abstract: The article is devoted to the formation of scientific and methodological basis of a system view of the economic and environmental diagnosis of investments in the nature transforming the projects. The publication examines the nature, techniques, methods and features of the investments’ diagnosis in nature transforming projects. Particular attention is paid to the diagnosis of investments’ systemology of nature transforming projects. As a base of diagnosing of investments in nature transforming projects, it is offered the complex mechanism of the economic and environmental certification.
