Abstract: In this article the directions of realization the basic principles of sustainable forest management – inexhaustibility, complexity, rationality, balance, efficiency – in terms of market relations, which should become the basis for the formation of market-oriented mechanism to promote sustainable forest management. It is proposed to develop various forms of the integrated use of the forest’s resources potential: the concentration, specialization, cooperation and combination of plants.
