Abstract: In the article the concept of enterprise readiness for the organizational development is defined. The algorithm of enterprise preparation for the organizational innovations is developed, the estimation criterions of readiness diagnostic have been analyzed and selected, that allows to define the capacity of business entity for the effective transformations in future.
