Abstract:
In this article the authors show features of the Ukrainian grain market, major stages of grain processing, the universal complex of technological equipment UKR-2 for processing of wheat, buckwheat, millet, barley, maize, peas, oats, rice, soya into grain and flakes with the productivity from 300 up to 3000 kg/hours. (The manufacturer of grain processing equipment is enterprise “Mykolaivsilproect”). The equipment’s advantages are power-saving technologies, universality and flexibility. The original method of processing and constructional features allows executing a full work cycle (clearing and calibration of raw material, sorting the finished commodity by fractions) for each of 9 kinds of processed grain at minimal power inputs.
