Abstract: Under the authority of developed measures’ analysis of the increase effectiveness’ program of energy resources’ use by the Mykolaiv’s higher educational institutions it is determinated its basic environmental and economic indices, which are the base for working out the projects of energy supply system’s upgrading and reconstruction.
