Abstract: Importance, scientific approaches and economic essence of sustainable innovative development of the region are defined. It is created the structure of regional policy providing sustainable innovative development of the separate administrative unit. The state of Mykolaiv’ region innovative activity development is analyzed. It is offered a control mechanism of sustainable innovative development of Mykolaiv region.
