Abstract: The main ecological problems of Ukrainian large cities are determinated. The ecological management cycle components according to Ecological management and audit scheme (EMAS) are given. The making decision procedure in the of ecological management’s application is described. The results of environmental management system’s application in the Department of Transport and Communications and the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Mykolaiv municipality are analyzed.
