Abstract: The article deals with certain transformations of economic and political system of Ukraine, which has considerable influence on the industrial enterprises of railway transport. The figures are considerably behind transport infrastructure, which leads to inhibition of development of economy and population aren’t satisfied in the required mobility. The necessity of developing and implementing of methodological approaches to the formation and determination of fees for services provided by enterprises of the industrial railway is proved.
