Abstract:
The place of recreation areas in the priorities of socio-economic development has been defined. The role and value of recreational areas as the provision of a powerful regional economic growth has been highlighted, its importance in the development of social standards of life quality is shown. The importance of enriching the conceptual development of the theory and practice of research, analysis and study of economic processes and phenomena in the national economy are considered. The need for further research tools categorical terms as accumulation potential theoretical and methodological foundations of industrial science is revealed. The notion of «recreational product» as a new economic category with the lighting of all signs of a categorical is justified, its nature and the place of collection of key concepts that characterize the recreational sector is disclosed. The significant meaning of category of «recreational product» as the aggregate result of technology to provide recreational and associated services designed to meet the needs of the general public to restore and preserve health is considered. The place of recreation as the main component of the product in commercial activities of market participants of recreational services is shown, its social significance and consumer characteristics, which appear in the final result of the activities of economic entities and ensure its competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets are revealed.
