Abstract: The issue of the stable financial basis creation for a consistent solution of waste problem in Ukraine, especially by environment tax reformation has been considered basing on the achievements of European experience. The magnitude of problems Ukraine is facing and the necessity of adaptation to European standards of waste management especially to the scheme of environment taxation, registration and classification has been emphasized.
