The article exposes the contents of forestry’s fiscal adjustment. It is revealed regional differences in volume of the fee for special use of forest resources to the State Budget of Ukraine. In order to increase lending orientation fees for special forest regeneration processes and incentives it is proposed to consolidate four main components of the forest’s system fiscal control: use charges for special forest use, penalties for inefficient forest management, forest charges transactions, and fees for the right to use forest.
