Abstract:
It is grounded the system of competitiveness’ indicators of stable and safe development (CSS-development) of municipal educations. It is examined the factorial structure of initial and relative indices, which characterize the final status of municipal educations’ CSS-development. It is implemented the interpretation of CSS-development’s indices because of conception of municipal educations’ economic potential and activity and population’s quality of life. The development and implementation of CSS-developments programs in region demands creation of regional geoinformation systems and active use of spatial data’s resources, which characterize natural and resource & social and economic potential of every municipal education.
