The Problem Of Country Youth Employment

Abstract: Article is analyzed the problems of employment of rural youth and search of ways of unemployment reduction on village. The main reasons of number of countrymen’ reduction, including the youth, occupied in the agricultural enterprises and the tendencies of independent employment development on village are specified. The situation on a rural youth labour market is investigated, the basic directions of softening of unemployment in countryside are offered.
