Abstract:
The article deals with the property relations reforming in agricultural land use in the context of rural areas’ socio-economic growth. It is investigated the contradicting nature of private ownership of agricultural land. Reasons for extension of the moratorium on the free circulation of agricultural land are covered, measures for prevention the unjust redistribution of land ownership are proposed and the expediency of a new land doctrine forming is grounded.
