Abstract: The article describes the investigation of problems with credit policy formation at the dairy industry enterprises in Ukraine. Pressing problems of commodity credit, which need practical solution, have been defined. Objective necessity of government control over commodity credit processes has been grounded and conceptual model of credit policy formation at the dairy industry enterprises in Ukraine has been developed.
