Abstract: This article analyzes the socio-economic consequences of holding in Ukraine the final part of European Football Championship in June and July, 2012 in Kyiv, Donetsk, Kharkiv and Lviv and its impact on infrastructure of air, rail and road transport, highways, municipal economy and other economic sectors of the state.
