Abstract: In article the short characteristic about economy of Azerbaijan is given, the condition of introduction the quality standards at the separate enterprises and spheres of economic activity is investigated, achievements and shortcomings of area of quality management of an industrial output are specified, and the ways of improvement the standardization system in considered spheres are defined.
