Abstract: The paper retrospectively investigates development vectors of the beet-sugar sub complex of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation in the light of historical analysis of the formation of market management mechanisms and new stage of foreign economic development vector of Ukraine - the process of gaining associate membership in the European Union was suspended by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On issues of the Association Agreement between Ukraine, European Union, European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States" â„– 905, 21 November, 2013, while restoring active dialogue with Russian Federation and other countries of the Customs Union and Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Consequences of implementation of sectorial-target program "Development of beet-sugar sub complex of Russian Federation for 2010-2012" and methodically grounded proposals for benchmarks to trajectories of development of beet-sugar sub complex of the Russian Federation for the next 2 years with regard to Ukrainian geopolitical perspectives are defined.
