Economic Efficiency Of Project Solutions During Conducting Of Consolidation Of Lands Of Agricultural Designation

Abstract: Cardinal changes of land relations that stated during conducting of land reform in our country determined the new character and content of social and economic problems of land use. Land property and land use of enterprises, companies and citizens in the process of conducting land reform got sufficient drawbacks that hamper production activity and worsen the results of this activity. The most widespread of them are: spatial location; configuration; social and economic; nature and climatic. For substantiated liquidation of drawbacks mentioned above it is necessary to develop projects of consolidation of lands of agricultural purpose simultaneously according to the group of interdependent land properties and land uses. The following methods are necessary to use: exchange of land plots; land rent; cooperation; forming of new or reorganization of existing land properties and land uses. The efficiency of project solutions during conducting consolidation of lands of agricultural designation is determined by such indices: fragmentation level; distance from economic centre; working plots compactness; land tracts uniformity; correlation of expenses for conducting consolidation on 1 hectare of consolidated lands; economic efficiency of consolidation of lands; social efficiency of consolidation of lands; ecological efficiency of consolidation of lands.
