Abstract: It is exposed and described the tendency of investing in Ukrainian industry and the ways of development of investment policy in the direction of providing of technological development are determined, among which development of new macrotechnologies on the basis of prognosis developments within the framework of forecasting in obedience to the long cycles of the state of affairs, forming of process co-operation technologically of interdependent sectors of industry for realization the competitive edges as mean of organization of potential «poles of growth» of competitiveness.
