Abstract: The paper analyzes the main features of the efficient implementation of the model of innovative development in industry. Methodological aspects of building innovative development potential of industrial enterprises are determined. Problems are uncovered and directions are defined as for improving potential’s assessment for management decision-making with respect to the purposeful development of its individual components.
