Abstract: The algorithm for identifying environmental and economic risks of hydro economic and land-reclamation facilities and reclaimed lands is grounded. The organizationaleconomic mechanism of implementation of environmental insurance in hydro economic and land-reclamation complex is offered. The procedure model of environmental insurance in the system of water management is worked out.
