Principles of legislative regulation of economy innovative development

Abstract: The article reveals the way of legislative transformation of the national economy into innovative one; it structures legal framework of the right of ownership, usage and disposal of intellectual property; forms directions and means of practical implementation of innovation policy; characterizes the essence of regulation of technology transfer, the formation of the national agenda of copyright and related rights to intellectual property and government support authority, which is charged with managing innovative development of economy.
