Abstract: In article environmental protection problems in global economic system are considered; its legal bases and state regulation are specified; the condition of investment security of environment and rational use of natural resources, saving, neutralizations and using of especially harmful industrial emissions are analyzed; the essence of organizational and economic measures for environment improvement in Azerbaijan is stated.
