Abstract: In article the condition of innovative activity as a main purpose of Azerbaijan, continuing Heydar Aliyev's policy is analysed. One of the major tasks facing the state is development of science and scientific and technical potential, creation of preconditions and mechanisms for effective use of results of scientific and technical activity. The purpose of creation of the Centre for Scientific Innovations of ANAS, its functions and tasks are given. The analysis of registration of research and development is given, the principles of functioning created by the Centre of informative and analytical system are revealed .It is given scientifically, international, propaganda and publishing of the Centre for Scientific Innovations of ANAS, it is given the portal scheme. Finally, some directions of works for development of innovative activity in the republic are offered.
