The development of oil refining complex of Azerbaijan Republic

Abstract: In the article the way of development of oil refining complex of Azerbaijan, as well as some of the economic and technological characteristics, starting from the Soviet Union, are considered. It is shown the immense personal influence of the national Azerbaijan’s leader Heydar Aliyev on formatting the industry.
