Abstract: This article is devoted to «integrated land-property complex» in current market transformation conditions. The author determines the prerequisites and principles of its forming. Necessity of the complex assessment of ecological and economic conditions of land resources at the regional level with using of integral environmental and economic indicators is justified. The necessity of a qualitatively new paradigm of land-property complex which will be based on ecology and balance is proved.
