Transport Development Under The Conditions Of Market Transformation Of Ukrainian Economy

Abstract: Under the conditions of market economy as the basic component of system-creating component of important state's fields, namely economic, social, territorial, foreign economic is transport, which prearrange the need of a proper public transport policy. So, high external orientation of the Ukrainian economy radically changed the nature of transport and economic relations, having made them the bulk of them to the international category: export, import and transit, making it dependent on the domestic transport in interaction with international transport centers in appropriate regions (checkpoints across the customs border) and, primarily by sea, which is actually quite busy in the service of foreign economic relations of the state.
