Abstract: In the article the cross-border effect influence on the principles of the marketing conception, its impact on the development of border regions is considered and enterprises engaged in foreign trade in the Volyn' region represent the region outside the country are analysed. Therefore we pay attention to active positioning of regions' activity, identifying the needs of target markets both within the region and beyond, providing information to promote the region to fully use its competitive advantages. It is important to study border effect as a result of cross-border cooperation, which has a direct impact on the region and its residents, community organizations, businesses and enterprises. Therefore, in the marketing context, a compulsory condition for deepening mutually beneficial international cooperation is the active presentation of commercial and investment potential for all possible events advertising and promotional nature, and implementing effective regional policy, development cooperation border areas of Ukraine, the use of advanced integration models is relevant and important scientific task in the context of the modern and dynamic development of integration processes.
