Abstract: In order to ensure the growth of the competitiveness of Ukrainian economic system, its products and services when arising a global knowledge-based economy in the article the possibilities of improving the conditions of social dialogue are investigated. In connection with the preparation of the new Labour Code, the problem of a comprehensive reform of legal regulation of labour relations is specifically considered.
