Water Using Field Investment: Institutional Background And Sectoral Features

Abstract: The reasons of water using field investment problems' actualization under current conditions are revealed. The components of hydroeconomic and water protection projects' investment in separate sectors of national economy are defined. The main problems of public water supply investment are detected and the dynamics of sewage installations' putting into operation is analysed. The main tendencies of national and interfarm state reclamation systems financing and provision of hydroeconomic services on a paid basis by regional administrations are investigated. The decisive influence of esthetic transformation of water management administrative model on the current state of hydroeconomic and water protection modernization and reconstruction investment is defined. The institutional prerequisites of sources and forms of investment diversification of hydroeconomic complex industrial base and effective nature water bodies' renovation are discovered.
