Methodological Foundations Of Land Management At The Municipalities

Abstract: In the article the questions of forming of complex strategy of land management are examined in municipal formations, methodology of estimation of investment attractiveness of municipal formation is brought. In the article the issues of land management are considered, measures, which will allow improving ecological and economic land state are proposed, evaluation methods of investment attractiveness of municipal creation are given. Increasing of ecological and economic problems in the sphere of land resources use requires formation of efficient land policy as well as the determination of analytical indexes system which would provide opportunity, using current informational sources, to assess influences on environment and quantitatively assess ecological efficiency of business activity. The main task of research is grounding the methodological basis of land resources use in municipal creations.
