Abstract: This article examines the role of functional conflicts in changing of organizational structures. There is a driving force in any process of transformation of the organizational structure. One of these forces is a functional conflict. In this context, it is important to manage the conflict, to the transformation of the structure was a positive for the company as a whole, and did not serve the interests of one of its component parts.
